Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One credit sends one personalised piece of that kind: a letter, a postcard flyer or a folded card — designed, printed and posted with UK postage included — or one digital design. Any credit can also pay for a cheaper kind, so a card credit can send a letter.
What do I get with digital?
The same personalised design as the printed pieces — their premises, their name, your message — as an image, plus each person’s own page with your button, lead form and offer code. Download them as a CSV (image and page link for every person) or get them through the API and webhooks to drop into your own emails. Or switch on “email it for me” and we send them.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them, and monthly credits roll over.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices include VAT where it applies. You get a VAT invoice from Stripe for every purchase, plus receipts and monthly statements in the Studio.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, any time — just email us and it stops at the end of the month. You keep any credits you have.
What if a design is not right?
You approve every design before it is sent. Redesign or leave out anything — credits are only used for what you send.
Refunds
Anything that fails before printing, or that you stop before it is made, comes back as credits — as do emails we couldn’t send. Items sent by email to people who never give an address are refunded as credits after 21 days. Items already printed or posted can’t be refunded.
