How it works

From a list to a doormat — personal at every step.

Most direct mail is a template with a name dropped in. Ours starts with the recipient: who they are, where they are, what they do. Here's the whole journey.

01

Choose what to send

Pick a job in the Studio — win new clients, welcome new customers, say thank you, share news, staff birthdays, seasonal, Google reviews, or estate agency letters. Choose a folded card, an A5 postcard or an A4 letter, and add a gift if you like.

  • A guided setup for each job
  • Your headline, message notes, offer and call to action
  • Optional A/B test of two headlines or messages
02

Add the people

Upload a spreadsheet (we recognise the columns), paste a Shopify or HubSpot export, connect an automation, or call our API. No list? Tell us who to reach and we supply the businesses. No addresses? Send by email and they tell us where to post it.

  • Postcodes checked against the national list
  • Opt-outs and your own suppression list removed automatically
  • Never posts the same person twice from one campaign
03

We design one for each

For a business, we read their website: their logo, brand colours, a photo of their premises — smartened up, with their name on the sign — and, only if you switch it on, their team. Then we write a message for them, in your voice, from your notes. For people, a scene that fits your theme and a message with their name.

  • Real premises when their website shows them
  • Never invents figures or facts
  • Every design safety-checked
04

You approve every design

Each one appears in your Studio before anything prints. Redesign any of them or leave them out. Turn on "approve before it prints" for your team. Post one to yourself first if you like.

  • See every front, inside and back
  • Pay only for what you send
  • Team roles and approvals
05

Printed and posted

We print on premium stock in the UK and hand everything to Royal Mail, second class as standard. Want it to land on a particular day? Set an "arrive on" date and we hold it until the right moment.

  • Cards in envelopes, postcards without
  • Letters with the address in the window
  • Arrive-on dates for birthdays and launches
06

Then the good part

Every piece carries a QR code to its own page and a unique offer code. You see who scanned, clicked, replied, booked a call, left a review or came back and spent — live in your tracker, by email, in Slack or Teams, and in your CRM via webhooks.

  • Live tracker and daily scan digests
  • Offer-code redemptions and revenue
  • Shareable results for your case studies
Set it and forget it

Automations keep it going

Save any campaign as an automation and it runs by itself — a welcome card for every new Shopify customer, a thank-you for every closed HubSpot deal, a letter to the homes around every sale an estate agent agrees.

Shopify

New customer or order → card or postcard.

HubSpot

Deal stage or new contact → personal post.

Zapier

Thousands of apps, no code.
