Why letters still win

A named letter in an envelope is opened and read in a way few emails are. It feels considered, it can be passed to a decision-maker, and it lands in a far quieter channel than the inbox. For prospecting, renewals, price changes and introductions, a well-written letter remains one of the most persuasive things a business can send.

Every letter written for its recipient

You write a short brief — what you want to say and the action you want. We read each recipient’s website and write their letter in your voice: what they do, where they are, why your offer matters to them. It never invents a figure. You check every letter before anything is printed.

Built for estate agents and local businesses

Estate agents can switch on our autopilot to send letters to homes around every new sale and fall-through in their patch. Trades, clinics, accountants and B2B services use letters to reach every business on a target list with something that is genuinely about them.

Upgrade the ones that matter

Letters are our entry price. When a prospect is worth more, upgrade them to a full-colour postcard flyer or a premium folded card — the same design engine, the same tracking.

Questions

How much does a personalised letter cost?

From £1.72 at 1,000 a month and £1.34 at 10,000 a month, including writing, printing, the envelope and UK postage.

Can I use my own letterhead?

Yes — add your logo and brand colours in the Studio and every letter is printed on your letterhead.

Who writes the letters?

Our AI writes each one from your brief and the recipient’s public website, in British English. You can edit the brief, redesign any letter, or leave recipients out before sending.

Is the address window correct for Royal Mail?

Yes. The address is printed exactly in the envelope window and postcodes are checked against the national list before printing.
